1. Shipping Options

Basilica Dancewear offers two shipping services for wholesale orders:

Express Shipping

• EU Countries: €45

• Outside EU: €60

Designed for faster delivery with priority handling and transit times.

Economy Shipping

• Europe (EU): €30

• Outside EU: €50

A cost-effective solution with standard delivery timeframes.

Shipping options and costs are displayed during checkout and may vary depending on destination and carrier availability.

2. Free Shipping (EU Orders)

• Orders shipped within the European Union with a net order value of €500 or more qualify for free shipping.

• Free shipping applies automatically at checkout when conditions are met.

• Basilica reserves the right to select the most appropriate shipping method for free-shipping orders.

3. Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on destination, customs procedures, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (Non-EU Orders)

For shipments outside the European Union:

• Import taxes, customs duties, and clearance fees are not included in shipping costs.

• All customs-related charges, local taxes, and import fees are the sole responsibility of the Customer.

• Refused shipments due to unpaid customs charges may result in additional return or handling costs charged to the Customer.

5. Shipping Responsibility & Risk

Risk passes to the Customer once goods have been handed over to the carrier. Basilica Dancewear is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by shipping providers after dispatch.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Additional shipping fees due to incorrect or incomplete information may be charged to the Customer.
