We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the order being delivered to the customer.
We can offer to exchange for a different product (ie different size), or alternatively offer a refund for the product.
All returns must be covered and arranged by the customer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must not be worn, washed or altered in any way. Returns will not be accepted if the original swing tag has been cut off.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that are shipped after the 30-day grace period has expired or for items that are not returned to us in their original condition.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange/refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that we do not refund the shipping costs.
In case of an exchange, we will be shipping the replacement product(s) free of charge.
Please allow up to 10 working days for returns to be processed once we have received.
