Returns & Refunds

- We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the order being delivered to the customer.
- We no longer can offer exchange for a product, all returns will be automatically refunded within 10 days of the return date.
- We offer free returns labels to all UK customers. Returns cost from outside the UK must be covered and arranged by the customer.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must not be worn, washed or altered in any way. Returns will not be accepted if the original swing tag has been cut off.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that are shipped after the 30-day grace period has expired or for items that are not returned to us in their original condition.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
- Please allow up to 10 working days for returns to be processed once we have received.
